Shift has built some easily-transportable bike racks which we’d love to loan to your community or nonprofit group for your event. They’ll accomodate around 70 bikes.
The racks consist of lightweight tubing which is intuitive and simple to assemble and disassemble; the collapsed racks are one 11’ long group of tubes that is about 1.5’ in diameter and weighs around 70 pounds, and one bundle of 3.5’ tubing that is about 1.5’ in diameter and weighs around 20 pounds.
When assembled, you get 70’ of bike parking in 7 “large sawhorse” shapes, each suitable to holding around 10 bikes.

We typically only loan these out to nonprofits or other community organizations for a few days at a time, and you must retrieve them from (and return them to) a location in NoPo near Peninsula Park.
