We'll start out at Jamison Square then make our way around NW ending up at Lovejoy Fountain by Portland State University. ALL CHILDREN MUST WEAR HELMETS AND ADULTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO DO THE SAME. We'll be stopping by at Cool Moon Ice Cream for a cone and grabbing a bite from the PSU Food Carts.
