Duct tape? Bungees? Inner tubes? Where there's a free pile or a thrift store, there's a way. We'll travel to a few thrift stores and/or free piles, and I'll help you fit whatever you buy or pick up on your bike. Bring money to buy stuff; cargo bikes definitely work better but I am willing to attempt anything. A PDX Cargo Bike Gang event!
