Where should the new bikeways and sidewalks go? As funding becomes available, governments want to determine the areas of highest need. Hear about Prioritize Portland!, a consortium of activists, community organizations & non-profits assembling tools to help neighborhoods and community groups gather residents' opinions about active transportation needs. Using these tools, local volunteers can provide government transportation with prioritized project lists that planners and engineers can use.
