Join Food Carts 4 Charity for a late night Food Cart Ride around Downtown Portland. We will be visiting the PSU Food Cart Pod, Cartopia, the Carts along SW 3rd and wrapping up at the brand new Koi Fusion Speakeasy on Ankeny Bring $ for your eats! This ride will go late and there may be some special treats along the way!
