Over the past 150 years people have had lots of ideas for Portland. Some of them got built. Some of them didn't. Come take a tour of the latter. We'll visit a fake pioneer village, a motorcross course, a mega-block-city-hall, parks, riverfront marshes, freeways (one-way, underground and capped) and a stadium that all don't exist. Are we better off for it? You be the judge. This will be an easy-paced ride with many stops. It'll take about 3 hours, with a stop for water and a bathroom if it seems like we need it. Informative handout will be handed out.
