    Portland is famous for its architectural heritage: flamboyant Victorian iron front buildings, gleaming terra cotta towers, and stately classical edifices. But Portland is also home to an unheralded and unique collection of "Mussolini Modern" buildings... inspired by the early 20th century classical-moderne style that was the hallmark of Italy's Fascist years between the world wars. This tour, led by architect Rick Potestio will visit the best of these monuments.
