Join PDX Food Cart Lovers on a Ride through the Food Carts of St Johns and North Portland. Bring $ for your eats! We will meet at the Baowry of St Johns - formerly a Food Cart and now a Full Restaurant! We will also visit Captured by Porches and Velas, ride along the Willamette Bluffs and end up over at the North Station Food Cart Pod.
