    Tai Chi is a powerful daily practice to keep your bike's engine running smooth. Muscle powered transportation is great, but it takes a bit of complimentary exercise to keep your body tuned to ride. Tai chi also cultivates better presence and mindfulness making crashes less likely to occur. This ride will have multiple stops where I'll talk about and lead exercises that introduce the basic foundations of Tai Chi and how it applies to cycling. At the last stop I'll demonstrate a version of Sun Tai Chi form. Feel free to follow along.
