    The Columbia River Crossing is a 12 lane, 9 mile long freeway expansion from Portland to Vancouver projected to cost anywhere from 4-10 BILLION dollars. Portland is a place worth caring about because of our proud history of stopping and tearing down nightmare freeways that destroy livable communities.
