Ride length: 8-15 miles
ALL ANIKA WANTS FOR HER BIRTHDAY IS PORTLAND TO HAVE MORE FLOWERS IN THE UGLY VACANT LOTS! AND ALSO A BIKE PARTY. Come be a (seed)baller and join Anika for wholesome favorite birthday treats & mischief, including, but not limited to: - Watermelon - Feeding frozen peas to ducks in the pond at Laurelhurst (it's healthy for them,) - International dance music - Riding around to vacant lots and neglected sidestrips and chucking seedballs of local flowers into them to turn them into pretty, pollinator-beloved urban meadows (oooh so wholesome and naughty,) - Mango Lassi (or whatever you like to drink at Bollywood Theater) Dress as ravey as you want. Mostly just come have fun with us, but if you have your Loud & Lit gear handy, get bright and blinky with us. Or put a bird on it. (Oooh, your bike looks so fancy! Oooh and you look so fancy too.) We might need: - Seed-chucking tools (Slingshots, dog ball chuck-its, small trebuchets, etc.) - More speakers - More seeds/seedbombs? Anika will bring a lot but hey, we could do more
