Celebrate National Bike Month and open streets at Southwest Portland Sunday Parkways presented by Kaiser Permanente on May 17, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Southwest Portland event features a 2-mile multi-modal route and a separate 2.6-mile walking route. Start anywhere along the route and bike, walk, or roll while exploring neighborhood greenways and connecting with community organizations. Featured stops offer family-friendly activities, vendor marketplaces, and live entertainment. This is a free all-ages community event organized by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT).
