Bike Summer ending means Bike Buses are rolling again! Let's celebrate the start of the school year, and Bike Buses, with a ride to get some ice cream. Kids get a free scoop! We'll also be raffling a new Woom Now bike ($800 MSRP)! Thanks to bikebus.world and Woom for the donation. Proceeds will be used to refurbish bikes for kids in need. (Can't make the ride? You can still enter the raffle: https://tinyurl.com/bikebusraffleticket) This is a nice kid-paced ride down the gentle slopes of Southeast Portland, so should be doable for kids of all ages. We'll stop at meet-up points along the way, just like a Bike Bus. Ride is open to all, whether your school has a Bike Bus or not, and whether you take part or not. We're here to celebrate kids, bikes, and a healthier, safer, sustainable, and way more FUN model for urban transport. Please share with your school friends, sports teammates, anyone in the area who is interested in biking more for transportation! Bring your bubble machines and speakers.
