    Come celebrate the 20th anniversary of Bobby Henderson’s open letter to the Kansas State Board of Education that revealed Flying Spaghetti Monster to the world (wikipedia.org/wiki/Flying_Spaghetti_Monster). That fateful letter in January 2005 helped to establish Pastafarianism, a wonderfully carb-loaded religion. Join the ride and bring your spaghetti skills and tomato saucy attitude, and ride fearlessly - there’s nothing to be Alfredo of. Costumes and bike decorations are highly encouraged. Prizes will be given for Best Costume and Best Decorated Bike. For those of you on the Pasta Costume Ride, this ride is scheduled so that you can keep your costume on and connect to this ride - a great way to re-use and re(bi)cycle.
