    The Cully Neighborhood Bike Fair at Rigler Elementary is a free family-friendly event! Where: Rigler Elementary School, 5401 NE Prescott St, Portland OR 97218 When: Friday, June 6, 2025, 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Activities are FREE and there’s something for everyone, including: - Learn-to-ride coaching for adults and children just starting out on a bike - Quick-fix Bike Repair to make sure your bike is rolling smoothly and safely - Bike Safety Skills Activity to win a prize - Guided Community Rides in the neighborhood - Helmet fitting to make sure you're protected Participants are welcome to bring their own bikes. There will be bikes of various sizes available for children and adults to borrow for the Learn to Ride clinic. This event is hosted in partnership with the Rigler and Scott Elementary Parent Teacher Associations and Community Cycling Center.
