This Monday we have Banhmi by bike hosting. From the ride leader… “Did you have to work the night shift the day of the Daft Punk vs LCD Soundsystem ride? Did you spend days sewing a costume for Art in the Bike Lane but had to fly back east for an unexpected funeral? Didn't know who Chappelle Roan was until AFTER the ride? Had already bought tickets to a surf rock show the night of Toxic Britney ride? Wanted to buy a banh mi at the kickoff ride but they were sold out?! Didn't see the rooftop ride on the calendar??? If you missed all of pedalpalooza this year, experienced FOMO about certain rides, or simply want to relive the magic of your favorite summer past time and then this is the ride for you! Dress to impress with your favorite costumes from the summer and come reminisce with pedal pals!” This is a mellow Monday so you can expect a slow social pace, a store stop for safe clean bathroom access and a calm safer space. As always we ask everyone to practice consent and ask permission before touching others or their property, even with friends and trusted people. We also practice consent and like to be as friendly towards cars as possible, as part of practicing non violence. Banned riders are of course banned here. If you can’t post on the calendar please don’t attend.
