    Time for the 4th edition of the Inner City Shenanigans Ride. This time we start at the Cart Blocks and head over to Lloyd Center and Irvington. The boundaries for Inner City Shenanigans are: Tilikum Bridge SE & NE 28th NE Broadway to NW Thurman Along the base of the West Hills to the South Waterfront.
