*** ¡Update! *** Tabor Dance will be at Cathedral Park this week and thats a little out of the way so I’m canceling the dance part. But let’s get our workout in anyways and treat this as a warmup for when Tabor Dance is back at Mt Tabor. Ride will be a loop with some laps at the top of Tabor to catch our breath before heading back to the start. *** ¡End of Update! *** Do you like to bike up hills? Do you like to dance!? Then come out and join me on my evening workout ride up Mt Tabor. Follow @tabordance on insta for more info on the dance floor. Depending on interest level this will become a weekly ride. * Tabor Dance is not always hosted at Mt Tabor and the location is not posted until a few days before. Depending on the weather and distance I may cancel the dance part but fret not there will be plenty of opportunities to ride to Tabor Dance this summer!
