For over 20 years, Breakfast on the Bridges has offered free coffee and goodies to people biking, walking, scooting and boarding across Portland's bridges. This Burnside pop-up is a collaboration with Multnomah County, who wants your input on the new Burnside Bridge Designs! Come on by.
