Hey bike folks! Interested in supporting bikes in Portland? Want to be apart of the only all-volunteer bike-advocacy organization in Portland! Come check out BIKELOUD! The meeting will be at Oregon Park, refreshments and snacks will be provided:) Also check out the ride before and the ride after the meeting on the Pedalpalooza calendar! More about BIKELOUD: BIKELOUD is a group of folks working to empower Portlanders to bike more, the City to continue building better bike infrastructure, and connecting the various bike-based groups and orgs throughout Portland. Our goal is to get 25% of trips made by bike in Portland by 2030 (a City of Portland policy!) Currently, we are excited to expand and recruit for our Bike Buddy program, a one-on-one opportunity for folks interested in biking to meet with someone who bikes, as well working on several events and 'tactical opportunities' in the near future. Come and join, hear what's happening!
