    April Fools Folder Frolic. No joke! If it folds you're in! The INTERNATIONAL FOLDER FROLIC will take place on April 1, 2023, starting at noon local time in Portland, New Orleans, Philadelphia, and London. Party-Pace. Not too hilly. Come join us and show off your quirky folding bike. Every folding bike is welcome! Don't have a folding bike, but want to join the fun?
