Hey Kids! Come deck your bike out in BALLOONS! Get creative with earth-friendly, biodegradable latex balloons from The Lippman Co. and transform your ride into a fantastical creation. We'll teach you how to turn your bike into a sea anenome, spaceship, wacky piece of abstract art, or whtever else you can imagine... Photos, food, prizes and FUN, all culminating in a "FLOAT" parade on the Eastbank Esplanade! Fun starts at 10 a.m., all ages welcome.
