Calling all cargo bikers and cargo-curious folks! Join us for this "party-pace" cargo-bike oriented ride, chat with cargobikers and gawk at some load-hauling, car-killing stuff-carrying machines! We'll leave from Splendid Cycles and cruise up the Eastbank Esplanade to Skidmore Bluffs (aka Mock's Crest) stopping at New Seasons at Fremont and Williams to load up on snacks and bevvies if so desired. This is a 5 mile ride with less than 500 ft of climbing. While the route is suitable for beginners, it will feature a couple switchbacks and narrow pedestrian bridges designed to test your cargo bike handling skills. We'll hang at the bluffs, talk cargo rigs, get hyped for Disaster Relief Trials, imbibe your favorite brew or 'booch until an hour of your choosing. And remember: all bikes are cargo bikes with the right attitude ;)
