    Loop Ride is a loop

** For all inquiries, please email stephen.marea@gmail.com instead of direct DMs on Facebook** **If you do not identify as Black or Brown, please respect this and share with your BI&POC friends and colleagues. This ride is only for Black riders and POC allies** The Black Liberation Ride is an annual ride in Portland celebrating Juneteenth and black joy. So much has happened since the 2020 ride, and this ride will be centered around community, BIPOC allyship, and taking up space together on Portland streets. We rolled so deep last year and it is time to make the ground shake again. The route will have as few hills as logistically possible. We will be riding at a pace that accommodates all riders so we can all move as a group. For our non-BIPOC supporters, you can DONATE funds or resources to the Black Liberation Ride campaign. Funds will be used for BLR posters, snacks, and supples. The remaining proceeds will be donated to Brown Hope's Black Resiliency Fund -- https://gofund.me/2580a522 This ride is kid-friendly, NO DROP, and open to all rider levels. Rider checklist: - Face mask (recommended, but not required) - Sunblock - Water bottle - Helmet (strongly recommended) - A Smile - Any flags, shirts, or whatever you want to rep the culture MEET AT 5:00PM, ROLL OUT AT 5:30PM
