After riding our bikes to the top of Mt Tabor at sunrise, we will begin our yoga practice of 108 sun salutations on the longest day of the year. This tradition allows yogis of all levels to feel stronger, more fluid, peaceful and connected. Resting for tea, coffee, snacks, and reveling in the beauty of the distant Mt Hood and downtown PDX is encouraged. If you are new to yoga, you can easily follow along to learn the building blocks of a yoga practice. Join for any part of the event, and stay as long as you wish. We will begin at sunrise (5:20am) and continue on until the commencing of the weekly Tabor Tuesdays dance party at 8:15am.
