- GOING ST BIKE BRIDGE OFRENDA

8:30amGoing street ped/bike bridge will be turned into a giant ofrenda (altar) for Dia de los Muertos-for the Dia de los Ninos, day of the dead for children. The event begins Thursday, November 1st at 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Please feel free to bring remembrances to place on the ledges or attach to the fencing of the bridge. The ofrenda is dedicated to Alex Gastelum Salinas, one years old, who died recently while he was in his stroller and his sister crossed the street with him. Latino Art NOW will be decorating the bridge.

This is by far the best-supported ride ever with 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, a great dinner and more break stops in between! Best of all is the wonderful people that you will meet along the way.
