Grab your bikes, cargo bikes, trailers, and kids for an easy loop between two North Portland splash pads. We will enjoy popsicles at one of the splash pads! Parents, kids, and kids at heart are invited to and enjoy a romp around North Portland splash pads. We will meet at Northgate Park, spend about 30 minutes, bike to Pier Park for another 30 minutes, bike back to Northgate and enjoy some popsicles!
