  up at the Peninsula Park main fountain at 2:15pm\, kicking off this 
 journey at 2:45pm sharp to make a big splash for the ribbon cutting at 
 3:15pm where the vibes will be as mellow as a summer breeze.\nDress in 
 your finest 70s attire—think bell-bottoms\, Hawaiian shirts\, captain’s 
 hats\, and big shades—as we cruise through Portland's streets to the silky
  sounds of the 70s. We'll glide through scenic routes\, all the way to 
 Cathedral Park in St. Johns\, where the fun continues at the Cathedral 
 Park River Fest and Dock Grand Opening Party! We are celebrating 
 Portland’s newest swim dock!\nBring your swimsuits\, floaties\, fins\, 
 inflatables\, goggles\, and ice cold drinks!\nThe Willamette River also 
 has lots to offer if you just want to dip your feet in\, listen to music\,
