2008 Multnomah County Bike Fair Volunteer Shifts

Multnomah County Bike Fair will be Saturday, June 28, 2008, and we will need volunteers!!!

In a few short days the Greatest Bike Fair on Earth will be upon us! As you know if you've attended before, the MCBF requires a tremendous amount of volunteers to keep it rocking all day long.

Logistics/Set-up: 15 people
Bikers to fetch last minute items: 3 people

1PM to 3:30PM
T-Shirt sales/info booth: 2
Smoothie Booth: 2

3:30PM to 6PM
T-Shirt sales/info booth: 2
Smoothie Booth: 2

5:30PM to 8PM

Beer Volunteers
Shift 1: 2PM to 4PM, 4 people
Shift 2: 4PM to 6PM, 4 people
Shift 3: 6PM to 8PM, 4 people

Set-up
Entrance Structure- lives at Ken's garage, needs pre clean-up (3 people) Takes 45 minutes & two 8-foot or taller ladders to set up.
