Tighten up those bar ends and ride your '98 or older MTB on over to Gateway Green. We'll meetup, do a lap or two, maybe try some sweet jumps, and then have a cold beverage and talk about all things 90s MTB. The Gateway Green MTB festival is happening at the same time, so bring the kids and get your rad mom/dad on.

Extra points for functioning flex stems and Maguras. Full suspension? Disc brakes?! Carbon??!! Yeah, right, that's all just a fad.

We'll end at Lent's Park (8-10 miles route TBD but aiming for it to be as family friendly as possible) to watch the Pickles play the Port Angeles Lefties. First pitch at 5:05 PM.

Bring cash for tickets ($7-$13/person) and any concessions you'd like. I'd also suggest bringing a blanket since general admission tickets have access to grassy areas along the baselines to watch the game. You can purchase seated tickets as well.

Transit is nearby if you don't want to bike back after the game.

Meet at 3. Ride at 3:30.

Prince 4Ever

No Prince Vs. Bowie this year
it is just Prince Vs. Infinity

Celebrating Prince's Birthday today, June 7th
He would have turned 59 years old today

Prince didn't celebrate birthdays and would often say: "You only had ONE birthday, the day of your birth!"

But we are going to celebrate Prince, his life, his music and his legacy . . .

For this year's mobile bicycle dance party we're flipping the script and riding from the Prince Mural (up on NE 42 and Prescott) down to Prince Bike Lane Tribute and ending with a dance party!

Bring Lights! Wear PURPLE! Ride at Own Risk!

*Lighthearted prelude protest, expounding the principles of http://pdxwnbr.org/why/ (but without the nudity?)
;)
