This ride will take you 800 feet higher at the middle than the start - consider yourself forewarned.  Why?  I don't know, it seemed like a good idea at the time.  I mean, because of the beautiful views and sense of accomplishment!  Bring your lowest-geared bike, some water and a helmet (it's a City-sponsored ride).

Enjoy magnificent views and yes, there will be climbing.  You've been riding all summer, right?  It will be easy.  -Ish.
Actually, it's a volcanic cinder cone.  Not as hard as Tuesday's ride, but still a good way to work up an appetite.  Maybe we'll bump into the Mardi Gras in August ride?
Bring water and your helmet - PBOT-sponsored ride.
